AssuredPartners snaps up $37m revenue agency in growth move

US retail broker  AssuredPartners has acquired a Massachusetts-based agency with $37 million in annualised revenue to expand its footprint in New England.

The acquisition of Fred C. Church was the 10th deal in December and 53rd overall in 2021 for AssuredPartners.

Fred C. Church reports $37 million in annualised revenue. Its 160 employees will remain under the leadership of Mike Reilly, president and chairman.

Randy Larsen (pictured), president of AssuredPartners, said: “The acquisition of Fred C. Church significantly strengthens our growing footprint in New England, marking over $100 million in revenue for AssuredPartners in the region and the third Top 100 agency to join us in 2021.
