AssuredPartners snaps up Seattle-based professional liability broker

Florida-based property/casualty broker AssuredPartners has acquired Seattle, Washington-based professional liability broker Mainstreet Financial Services, which has $2 million in annualised revenues.

Mainstreet provides professional liability insurance for solo attorneys and small private practice law firms, with specialisation in malpractice insurance for lawyers.

The acquisition will expand AssuredPartners' regional footprint.
