AXIS Capital's longtime board members to step down

Bermuda-based re/insurer AXIS Capital Holdings' two longtime board members Christopher Greetham and Wilhelm Zeller are set to retire at the end of the year.

Greetham has served as a member of the AXIS board of directors since October of 2006 and Zeller joined the board in July of 2009.

Since 2018, the company has added five new directors to its board.

AXIS president and CEO Albert Benchimol express deep appreciation for their contributions, insights and counsel over the years. He said: "Chris and Willie’s leadership on the Board will be greatly missed, and I am deeply grateful for their significant contributions.”
