BIBA appoints chairman to Smaller Brokers’ Advisory Board

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association’s (BIBA) Smaller Brokers' Advisory Board has appointed Andrew Gibbons, ‎managing director at Mason Owen Financial Services as chairman.
