BIBA appoints two to head Smaller Brokers’ Advisory

Kevin Hancock and Andrew Gibbons have been appointed as chairman and deputy chairman respectively, of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association’s (BIBA) new Smaller Brokers' Advisory Board.
