Brown & Brown acquires MGA Occam Underwriting

Brown & Brown (Europe) has agreed to acquire 100% of the share capital of Occam Underwriting, a London-based MGA and Lloyd’s Coverholder, which has been majority-owned by Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM Bermuda) since 2021, after making its initial investment in the business in 2017.
