Brown & Brown buys major independent broker in the UK

Brown & Brown (Europe), part of  Brown & Brown, has unveiled its first broking acquisition in the UK since rebranding Global Risk Partners last month. The company has acquired a large independent insurance broker in the mid-market, headquartered in Leicester with offices in Birmingham, London and Edinburgh.
