CAC Specialty bolsters natural resources unit with senior McGriff hire

Specialty insurance brokerage  CAC Specialty has bolstered its natural resources practice with a senior hire from McGriff.

Lanette Norgan (Pictured) joins CAC as senior vice president and account executive within its natural resources division.

In her new role, Norgan will focus on leveraging technical expertise and comprehensive planning for clients to secure dynamic and cost-effective insurance programmes in a rapidly changing landscape.

Norgan joins CAC Specialty with 20 years of insurance brokerage industry experience, most recently at McGriff, and previously Alliant Insurance Services. In addition to a deep understanding of specialty insurance and claims, she has extensive knowledge supporting clients in both the oil & gas and power & renewables space.
