Chaucer poaches Aon exec
Specialist insurer Chaucer has appointed Colin Clulow as international property underwriter for binding authority and open market risks.
He joins from Aon Underwriting Managers where he was London Market underwriting director, with responsibility for a team writing property and terrorism for the Lloyd’s and London markets. Prior to this, Clulow held senior global property underwriting positions with the Lloyd’s Syndicates at Jubilee and Travelers.
Ed Lines, deputy head of underwriting and property (D&F) division head at Chaucer, said: “I am pleased to welcome Colin to our international property team. His exceptional underwriting experience and expertise will be valuable assets to our brokers and clients.
"I am delighted to join Chaucer's international property team, which has such a good reputation in the Lloyd's market. I look forward to working with Ed Lines and his colleagues on the further successful development of this account."
