Compass Broker Services hires broking director from Cobra

Compass Broker Services, the UK networks division of Arthur J. Gallagher, has appointed Paul Montgomery as broking director of its London markets division.

Montgomery brings 25 years of experience within the London market and extensive property expertise. He joins from wholesale broker Cobra London Markets where he most recently held the position of property director, having worked at Cobra for 10 years.

Montgomery will be responsible for further developing and expanding Compass’ property portfolio to complement its strengths in liability, fleet and professional indemnity risks, said Compass.
