Cytora snaps up market veteran Masojada and three others
UK-based insurtech Cytora has snapped up four market veterans including former Hiscox CEO Bronek Masojada, expanding its advisory board to support its global growth strategy.
Masojada, Jeffrey Hayman, Bill Bloom and John Bruno have joined Cytora to provide strategic advice on growth as well as transformation of the commercial insurance industry.
Masojada is an insurance market veteran with over 30 years’ leadership experience in the industry. He retired as chief executive of Hiscox in 2021, and served as a Deputy chairman of Lloyd's from 2001 to 2007. Masojada recently joined the board of brokerage Brown & Brown, has been named the new chair of SirisuPoint, and has been elected a sheriff of the City of London.
Hayman is the non-executive chairman of legacy specialist R&Q Insurance Holdings. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Bloom is the non-executive director at Aviva Canada, and previously served as NED at Duck Creek.
Bruno is the president and chief operating officer at US-based Xerox. He was formerly COO of Aon, and also served as CEO of its data and analytics services.
