Dale appoints Prebensen chair of the group board after CVC deal

Dale Underwriting Partners, the trading name for Dale Managing Agency’s Lloyd’s Syndicate 1729, has appointed Preben Prebensen (pictured) as independent non-executive chair of the group board, effective upon completion of its transaction with CVC and subject to the customary regulatory approvals.
