Dale Underwriting taps Liberty Specialty for open market property team
Lloyd's syndicate Dale Underwriting Partners has bolstered its property open market team by bringing on board an underwriter with experience from Liberty Specialty Markets.
Dale has named Robert Pettifer (pictured) as underwriter in Marcus Turner’s property open market team in London as it aims to capitalise on current market opportunities.
Pettifer joins from Liberty Specialty Markets, where he most recently served as senior underwriter, property D&F, the latest stop in an over 12-year insurance career.
Marcus Turner, head of property open market, said: “Rob has a proven track record as an experienced international and US property underwriter writing across a broad range of occupancies and geographical territories. He will also specifically add extra international experience and relationships to our property open market business.
