Fidelis profit surges in first earnings as public company

Fidelis Insurance Holdings, which recently went public, raising over $89 million in net proceeds through its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, achieved a remarkable tenfold surge in profit in the second quarter, attributed to improved underwriting and favourable investment returns.
