Forecasters raise Atlantic hurricane season risk; most active since 2012

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has updated its 2016 Atlantic hurricane season outlook, increasing likelihood of damaging events but reiterating its expectation that the season will be the most active since 2012.
