Former Swiss Re, Marsh, AXA senior exec appointed to lead Convex Europe

Specialty re/insurer  Convex Europe (CES) has appointed a former AXA XL, Marsh and Swiss Re executive to replace its current managing director.

Julie Dubuisson (pictured) has been named new dirigeant agréé (managing director), replacing Richard Williams who will be returning to the UK to take a new role at Convex in London.

Dubuisson has more than 18 years’ experience in specialty re/insurance including senior roles at Axa XL, AXA ASR, Marsh and Swiss Re in North America, Europe, and Africa before joining Convex as underwriting manager in August 2021 to help launch Convex’s European operations based in Luxembourg.
