Gallagher’s Artex expands in Bermuda through M&A

Artex,  Gallagher's wholly-owned subsidiary for alternative risk and capital, has acquired a Bermuda-based business that specialises in consulting, recruitment and immigration.

Frontier Financial Services is a management firm specialising in consulting, recruitment, business services and immigration services predominantly to reinsurance clients in Bermuda.
