Guy Carpenter Securities strengthens team

Stephen Matthews has been appointed managing director of Guy Carpenter Securities

Based in New York, Matthews will report to Chris Ezbiansky, head of M&A Advisory, Americas.
Matthews joins GC Securities from the Willis Capital Markets & Advisory division of Willis and has previously held positions at Banc of America Securities, Goldman, Sachs and Price Waterhouse.
