Hiscox appoints investor relations and strategy leader

Specialist re/insurer Hiscox has appointed Yana O’Sullivan as head of investor relations.

O’Sullivan is a senior investor relations and strategy leader, with over 15 years’ experience spanning global financial services including insurance, banking, investment management and telecoms across the UK, EMEA, US and Asia.

O’Sullivan gained investor relations experience at Standard Chartered Bank, UK life insurer Friends Life Group, a part of Aviva, and Lombard International Assurance.

Aki Hussain, chief financial officer of Hiscox Group, said: “Yana brings significant experience in investor relations and the capital markets to Hiscox, having worked across a range of international markets, with extensive experience in financial services.
