Ignite Systems creates gateway to LexisNexis Risk Solutions

Ignite Insurance Systems (Ignite), a policy administration software provider, has integrated with the LexisNexis Informed Quotes platform, a high volume, real-time data enrichment solution from data and analytics provider LexisNexis Risk Solutions, to give its insurer and brokers clients access to a wide range of personal and commercial risk data to support risk decisions at point of quote.

This includes the LexisNexis No Claims Discount (NCD) Module, a tool used by the market to verify NCD years, removing the onus on the customer to validate this information while improving pricing accuracy.

The LexisNexis Informed Quotes platform also now includes perils and environmental data such as fire, flood and subsidence from the Map View geolocation risk visualisation tool, alongside over 42 further data enrichment databases.

Insurers and brokers who access informed quotes via Ignite software will no longer need to call out for data from several different sources, which can delay quote processing and lead to referrals. One access point will help speed up risk decisions, to support new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments. It ultimately means a much more streamlined quotation process for insurance providers and their customers.”
