IHC unloads local units to Horace Mann & Tokio Marine's Reliance Standard

Independence Holding Company (IHC) has completed the sale of its subsidiaries Madison National Life and Standard Security Life in separate deals placing the local carriers in groups aligned with their niche positioning.
