Ince & Co launches independent consultancy firm

Ince & Co, an international commercial law firm, has launched Ince Consultancy, an independent international consultancy firm, which is associated with the law firm’s international network. Ince Consultancy offers a range of services to the shipping, energy, insurance, aviation, trade and real estate industries and utilises the firm’s expertise and deep sector understanding.  Ince Consultancy is incorporated in England but headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, and advises its international clients advise on financial and tax advice and structuring of projects and an introduction of third parties and deal origination. It also helps clients to efficiently execute projects. Ince Consultancy is led by Jan Hungar, managing partner. Hungar is an industrial engineer and lawyer with specialist industry knowledge of the shipping,insurance, energy and real estate sectors. He delivers financial, corporate, investment and structural advice to clients considering investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions, as well as using his network of contacts to make introductions and bring interested parties together.  Other key members of the team include: Regina Langholz, partner and managing director, who is a tax advisor; Daniel Jones, partner; Tim Schommer, partner; Jan Heuvels, partner; Stephen Jarvis, board membe; and Alan Hodgson, board member.  Hungar said: “Clients across our chosen sectors work with us as advisors, introducers and arrangers with regard to, mergers, cooperations, syndications, investments, financings, sales and acquisitions restructurings and other projects.
