Jensten swoops for Ardonagh expert to fuel M&A strategy
UK-based broking and insurance group Jensten has tapped a M&A specialist with 20 years of experience from Ardonagh to lead its acquisition strategy.
Matthew Gibson has been appointed the group M&A director and will lead the group's M&A strategy.
Jensten seeks to acquire high-quality broking businesses to bolster its regional and specialist centres of excellence and create new ones.
Gibson has 20 years' experience in the broking sector in senior finance and M&A roles, focusing solely on M&A since 2013. He was the M&A director at Ethos Broking and for the last three years has led M&A at Ardonagh Advisory.
