Lancashire makes swathe of new hires from AXIS/Generali/Aon

Specialty re/insurance provider  Lancashire Holdings has made a slew of hires in its underwriting and claims teams in both London and Bermuda.

Emma Jefferies has joined as a senior underwriter, Edwards Elston as a delegated underwriting administrator, and Aaron Wong has been appointed as an exposure management analyst.

In Bermuda, the company has hired Stephanie Medeiros as a claims coordinator. She joins from Deloitte, and previously worked at Aon.

Jefferies previously worked at Generali as a senior underwriter in its London office. Prior to that, she was a senior cargo underwriter at Zurich Insurance, and formerly worked at the XL Group.

Wong joins from AXIS Capital, where he most recently worked as a catastrophe modeller in London
