Liberty Mutual Europe CFO resigns

David Prince, the chief financial officer of Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe, has resigned.

He resigned from his role, based in London, and his directorship on March 14, 2014.

A spokesperson for the company said that Prince will not be replaced at this time because of the continuing process of integration taking place in the newly-formed Liberty Specialty Markets unit.

“Liberty’s management wish him all the best for the future,” said the company, but declined to comment further on the reasons for his departure.
