Liberty Specialty Markets bolsters specialty binders team

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has made two promotions within its specialty binders team in London.

Kerry Hall becomes underwriting manager for property while Richard Wheeler becomes senior business and strategic development underwriter.

Both the executives were previously senior underwriters in LSM's property binders team.

In his newly created role, Wheeler will be responsible for the development of coverholder business. Hall will be responsible for managing the property binders team and developing its portfolio of business.

Lewis Edwards, head of specialty binders, said: “Our clients are looking for more market-leading solutions and solid coverage across a broader range of products and territories. Promoting Kerry and Richard, who are both highly experienced property underwriters, will ensure our brokers and coverholders receive best-in-class service as our business continues to develop across the regions in which we operate.”
