Lockton hires industry leader from Aon in Chicago

Global re/insurance broker  Lockton has hired a senior vice president from Aon to develop innovative risk & employee benefit solutions for midsize employers in the US Midwest.

Rob Grant (pictured) joins as senior vice president and producer in the firm's Chicago office. He will be responsible for strategy, well-being and employee engagement.

Grant joins Lockton with over 25 years of experience across roles in the industry including consulting and sales. Most recently, he served as the SVP in Aon's Chicago office, specialising in health & benefits and total rewards for mid- and large-market employers. Prior to Aon, Grant was a principal at Mercer, a global consulting firm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsh McLennan.
