Lockton Re swoops on Guy Carpenter to expand global fac practice
Lockton Re, the global reinsurance business of broker Lockton, has hired a senior Guy Carpenter executive to expand its facultative practice in North American and globally.
Rob McNamara has joined the company as North American facultative leader.
He was most recently a managing director at Guy Carpenter within its facultative practice, leading its Chicago, Hartford, West Coast and construction property facultative operations. McNamara joined the reinsurance business in 1987 as a facultative underwriter and moved into reinsurance broking in 2003.
