LOGiQ3, a life re/insurance outsourcing provider, has partnered with Andrew Wibberley, director of Alea Risk on the distribution of its digital underwriter training programme into the UK and Ireland.
Wibberley was previously head of underwriting for the UK and Ireland at Swiss Re. Prior to this, he held senior industry roles at Ageas, XL Catlin and Munich Re.
He will work with the newly established LOGiQ3 team in the UK, headed up by Simon Bell, co-founder and co-CEO, and Andy Hazell, head of EMEA strategy and business development.
“Training is absolutely fundamental to provide underwriters with the necessary skills to assess the complex risks of life and health insurance,” said Wibberley.
“By innovatively using technology to develop both new and existing underwriters, insurers can improve both their risk management and their customer offering.
“We are delighted to partner with the proven capabilities of industry leader, LOGiQ3. Its digital underwriting training programme is highly regarded and already used by a number of major UK industry providers.”
