Maiden CFO retires; reinsurance boss replaces him

John Marshaleck, chief financial officer of Bermuda-based Maiden Holdings, will retire at the end of 2014. Karen Schmitt, president of Maiden Re, the company’s US subsidiary, will succeed him.
