Marsh appoints global head of placement
Broker Marsh has appointed John Donnelly (pictured) as global head of placement, effective January 1, 2024. Donnelly will relocate to London from Sydney and report to Pat Donnelly, president, Marsh Specialty and Global Placement.
Donnelly returned to Marsh in 2013 and is head of placement for Asia Pacific.
Donnelly said: “John has built a strong reputation as one of the leading and most respected placement brokers in the global market. His depth of experience in structuring complex placements and designing innovative client-focused solutions that support their risk transfer needs position him well to support Marsh’s continued growth through differentiation and specialization.”
