Marsh sets up UK & Ireland sharing economy, mobility group

Insurance broker and risk advisor Marsh has launched a dedicated sharing economy & mobility (SE&M) industry group in the UK & Ireland.

The group is led by Sam Tiltman and brings together over 25 sector specialists encompassing insurance placement and risk management disciplines from across the business.

The group will support all of Marsh’s SE&M industry clients, from start-ups and SMEs to global enterprises, by providing risk and insurance solutions that will enable them to take full advantage of the opportunities in this rapidly-evolving sector.

Tiltman joined Marsh in 2016 as deputy leader of the technology industry group in the UK & Ireland. Before joining Marsh, he was global communications, technology & media practice leader at JLT. Based in London, he reports to Carrick Lambert, technology industry leader, UK & Ireland.

Lambert said: “Over the past decade, Sam has been at the heart of risk decision-making for many new technological developments and has supported fledgling businesses that have grown into global brands.
