Medicash hits out at UK chancellor over healthcare tax

Medicash, the UK healthcare cash plan provider, has hit back at claims by the UK chancellor George Osborne that his hike on insurance premium tax (IPT) on healthcare insurance only brings the UK into line with Europe.
