Mercer boosts business leadership team
Mercer has added three talent executives to its business leadership team.
Patrick Tomlinson has joined the firm as North America talent region business leader, responsible for leading the US and Canada markets. He will report to Pat Milligan, president of Mercer’s North America region.
Tomlinson previously served in Aon Hewitt’s US talent practice where he led the assessment service line and business operations.
William Manuel joined Mercer in the newly-created role of North America talent growth leader, responsible for deepening existing client relationships. He will also report to Milligan.
Manuel previously was the North America sales leader at NGA Human Resources before being appointed vice president, workday practice leader.
Gerald Purgay recently joined Mercer as global talent marketing leader, reporting to Michelle Bottomley, Mercer’s chief marketing& sales officer. In this role, Purgay will focus on building the talent brand profile and engagement with new and existing clients around the world.
Most recently, he was the senior vice president of global marketing for Right Management and vice president ManpowerGroup as their lead B2B marketer.
