Miller mines Marsh marine desk in consecutive talent grab

Specialist re/insurance broker  Miller has mined the ranks of rival Marsh in its latest talent selection for its direct marine team.

Lee Bright will join the team in November to focus on marine hull, reporting to Nick Summers, head of direct marine.

Bright has been senior vice president at Marsh since 2018 after a longer stint as marine underwriter with Amtrust at Lloyd’s plus a term as deputy head of marine hull at Swiss Re in London.

Bright’s appointment follows the recent addition of Craig Dennis to the team who joined from Ambrey.

Miller’s head of direct marine Nick Summers commented: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Lee to Miller, further growing our marine direct team and strengthening our marine hull capabilities.
