MS Amlin Underwriting (MS AUL) has added a 30 year Munich Re veteran to its board of directors.
Heike Trilovszky was named as a notified independent non-executive director (iNED) on MS AUL’s board. Trilovszky also becomes chair of the underwriting oversight committee, a role formerly held by Martin Hudson, who becomes permanent chair of the MS AUL board.
Trilovszky has spent more than 30 years at Munich Re and has leadership experience across all business lines and markets. She has served in a number of key roles, including chief underwriting officer, with specific responsibility for the business’s property, casualty and life divisions.
Johan Slabbert, chief executive officer of MS AUL, said: “[Trilovszky’s] technical expertise and experience, combined with an extensive track record in both business development and corporate governance, will undoubtedly be a powerful addition to our business as we continue to progress with our plans for the future.”
