Navigators promotes CFO DeFalco to executive vice president

Specialty insurance holding Navigators Group has promoted Ciro DeFalco to the position of executive vice president of the group.

DeFalco has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer since December 2011. He joined the company in September 2011.

"This promotion recognises both the significant responsibility of the chief financial officer and Ciro’s accomplishments in the role over the past five years," said Stanley Galanski, president and CEO of Navigators.

"His leadership goes far beyond the financial performance of the organisation."
