NFP appoints president to manage US Northeast region

Specialist insurance broker NFP has enhancement its leadership team with the promotion of Bill Austin to president of the Northeast region.

In his new role, Austin will lead a team and be responsible for overseeing benefits and property/casualty and promoting these capabilities throughout market.

During his five-year tenure with NFP, Austin has led the financial, operational and strategic performance of the region’s employee benefits, retirement and HR services consulting businesses.

Prior to NFP, he co-founded AGS Benefits Group and Alterity Group, which were both acquired by NFP in 2012.
