NFP snaps up UK-based brokerage to expand presence
Property and casualty broker NFP has snapped up a large Staffordshire-based provider of complex commercial and personal insurance solutions to expand in the UK.
NFP has acquired Mason James Insurance Services (doing business as Bentley Insurance Services).
The deal adds complex commercial and personal insurance expertise to NFP’s UK operations.
Mike Rostron, managing director at Bentley, will join NFP’s commercial insurance leadership team in the UK and continue to drive the company's growth.
