NN Group reappoints CEO Friese for another term

The supervisory board of Dutch insurer NN Group has reappointed Lard Friese as chief executive officer (CEO) for another four-year term. He will also be reinstated as the chairman of group's executive board.

The current term of Friese ends at the close of company's Annual General Meeting on 1 June 2017.

Friese was appointed as member and vice-chair of the executive board in March 2014, and as CEO and chair of the management board and executive board in July 2014.

Following the reappointment, Friese will continue to be responsible for the strategy, performance and day-to-day operations of the group.
