Riots drive demand for political violence coverage: Chaucer

The number of protests and riots in Latin America increased last year, from 5,261 in 2021/2 to 5,575 in 2022/3, fuelling increased demand for political violence insurance coverage, says re/insurer Chaucer, which bases its figures on a study by the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED).
