Risk Strategies acquires med mal insurer Danna-Gracey

Speciality insurance brokerage and risk management firm,  Risk Strategies, has acquired medical malpractice insurance company Danna-Gracey.

Established in 2001, Delray Beach, Florida-headquartered Danna-Gracey offers insurance coverage placement for doctors and other healthcare providers, as well as affordable coverage via risk purchasing groups.

“Medical professional liability insurance and risk management are crucial for physicians and require deep expertise and strong relationships with the best carriers in the business,” said Bob Dubraski (pictured), Risk Strategies’ chief growth officer and national health care practice leader. “Danna-Gracey has a great team and a well-deserved reputation in this complex specialty.”

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
