Ryan Specialty Group rebrands transactional risk managing general underwriter

Ryan Specialty Group Europe has rebranded its transactional risk managing general underwriter, Hunter George & Partners, as RSG Transactional Risks Europe.

Its transactional risks underwriting team offers proprietary transactional insurance solutions, including warranty & indemnity, tax insurance, and contingent risk insurance, to the mergers and acquisitions community.

In 2016, Hunter George & Partners joined Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) as a London-based MGU focused on transactional risks for non-US entities. In July, RSG announced the opening of their new office in Barcelona, Spain to further expand the company’s transactional risk product offerings and geographic footprint.
