Ryan Specialty subsidiary to acquire Countrywide Brokerage

RT Specialty, the wholesale brokerage unit of Ryan Specialty Group, has acquired the assets of Countrywide Brokerage, a wholesale insurance brokerage operation based in Edmonds, Washington.

Established in 1995, Countrywide Brokerage focuses on providing its agency partners with insurance solutions in admitted and non-admitted commercial and personal lines markets for hard-to-place risks, specialty products and high net worth homeowners in the western US.
