Ryan Specialty subsidiary to acquire Countrywide Brokerage

RT Specialty, the wholesale brokerage unit of Ryan Specialty Group, has acquired the assets of Countrywide Brokerage, a wholesale insurance brokerage operation based in Edmonds, Washington.
