SSL Endeavour replaces CEO with ex-JLT Re boss Mike Reynolds

Specialist independent Lloyd's broker and delegated authority specialist SSL Endeavour has appointed JLT Re's Mike Reynolds as its new group chief executive officer, replacing Lawrence.

David Lawrence, current group CEO, has been elevated to group deputy chairman. The new role will enable him to concentrate on further managing and growing SSL Endeavour’s production portfolio with a particular focus on the existing wholesale business in North America as well as further developing its overseas platforms.

Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the insurance industry. Most recently, he was CEO of JLT Re, prior to this he was the group finance director of JLT Group and he has also held CFO positions at ACE Europe and Aon Benfield.
