Tokio Marine Kiln bolsters motor risks unit

Specialist insurer Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has expanded its motor team with the appointment of Kate Nossel as underwriter, based in London.

According to the company, Nossel is a specialist in auto physical damage and motor truck cargo risks, and has over 23 years of experience in the Lloyd’s market. She joins TMK’s property/casualty division where she will focus on a broad range of specialist motor risks in North America. She has previously worked at MAP and SVB Group.

Ashley Gayton, TMK’s head of motor, said: "We are very excited to welcome Kate to the team. Her extensive experience in auto physical damage and motor truck cargo will allow us to explore opportunities within this growing class of business and enhance our service to both existing and new clients."
