Venbrook bolsters leadership as it eyes growth in US and overseas
Insurance brokerage Venbrook has hired a McLarens executive with over three decades of experience in multi-line P&C liability lines for the role of chief claims officer as it looks to expand its third party administration capabilities in the US and overseas.
Louis Pippin (pictured) joins the business as chief claims officer, Venbrook Claims Services, which offers third party administrator (TPA) and independent adjusting (IA) claims to mitigate and reduce risks and losses on a global basis.
Pippin has vast expertise in claims management, most recently with McLarens where he spent five years developing the commercial property claims programme. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of multi-line P&C liability lines, case management, cost control, compliance standards, and related service delivery of claims and claims handling, having previously worked at State Insurance Fund and Midlands Claims Administrators.
In addition to Pippin, the broker has promoted four executives to its leadership team to support growth in the public entity programme, commercial property, and national account space.
Sarah Novakovich becomes chief operating officer of Venbrook Claims Services; Angelique King executive vice president of Carl Warren & Company; Marc Pittinaro executive vice president of Venbrook Claims Services; and Suzie Spencer vice president, business development for Carl Warren & Company.
