VIG Re lands Munich Re reinsurance expert for expansion strategy

Czech Republic-based reinsurer VIG Re, the reinsurance company of Vienna Insurance Group, has appointed a new chief strategy officer (CSO) and head of corporate development from Munich Re, as it looks to expand its footprint amidst the changing reinsurance environment.
