Willis forms new US East region; makes leadership appointment

Broker Willis Towers Watson has combined its Northeast and Atlantic/South regions to form a new US East region, under the leadership of Susan Potter.

The current head of Atlantic/South region, Potter in her expanded role will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s business and client relationships across the region.

The new region will include 22 states, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, the Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.

Potter has been with the company for over 20 years. She started in its retirement business and over the years has held a number of leadership positions.
