WR Berkley hires RLI exec to head up Carolina Casualty

WR Berkley has appointed David Dunn as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of its commercial transportation insurance unit Carolina Casualty.

Dunn joins from specialty insurer RLI where he served as president of its transportation division.
